Descriptions

Per night - Use within a 24 hour period

Camping Dates – Includes the day of arrival to the last night spent. Does not include the day of departure.

Per person/per night - One person use within a 24 hour period

Per month - One (1) calendar month or 30 days

Per year - 365 days

Utilities – Water and electric service. In some cases sewer access is available.

Campsite – A camping space with access to utilities.

Campground Host – Person designated to report event camping stays to the treasurer.

Types of Camping – Daily RV | Tent/Car/Dry  | Railcar

Daily RV Camping – Camping in a campsite. Includes the use of the dump station and a shower room.

Daily Tent/Car/Dry Camping (per tent/car/RV) – Camping in a space other than a campsite. Includes the use of the dump station and a shower room.

Daily Railcar Camping (per person) – Nightly use of a two bed sleeper berth in the Pullman car. Includes the twin size mattresses and use of the bathroom and shower inside the Pullman.

Daily Campsite Storage – RV storage in a campsite for convience between visits. Available to members only. Requires advance permission and may not be connected to utilities.

Monthly Campsite Storage - Requires application and approval from the Board of Directors. Includes 2 nights of camping per month. Daily RV camping fees apply where the night occupancy exceeds the 2 nights of included camping. Available use of the shower room. Utilities may be connected.

Yearly Campsite Storage – The same as Monthly Campsite Storage but includes 24 nights of camping annually.  Fees may be paid in full or by installments. Daily RV camping fees apply when the night occupancy exceeds 24 nights of included camping.

Monthly RV Storage - Requires application and approval from the Board of Directors. RV is on museum property, but not in a campsite and has no hookups.

Yearly RV Storage – The same as Monthly RV Storage. Fees may be paid in full or by installments.

Annual Private Railcar Site Rental - Requires application and approval from the Board of Directors. Includes 24 nights of free camping annually. Daily RV camping fees apply when the night occupancy exceeds the 24 nights of free camping.

Note: (guest) --  needs to be a guest of a member.

 Current members  camping is available year round.

Guest Camping is available for scheduled invitational meets or when accompanied by a current member.
